When will my order ship?
We ship your product the same day it is ordered.
Orders that arrive Monday to Friday before 3PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will typically be shipped the same day.

Standard Ground: Standard ground includes delivery via Priority Mail, US Postal Service, UPS Ground, FedEx ground. Orders placed via these shipping options are delivered within a 1 to 5 day time frame. However, a guideline will by provided to you for your convenience.  (Standard ground is always your lowest priced option.)

2nd Day Shipping:

Items upgraded to 2nd Day Shipping will ship via UPS, FedEx ground, or like carrier. Items will arrive within 2 business days from shipping.Please note that there is no weekend pick-up or delivery for two day and overnight shipping
(2nd day shipping is not available for all items.)

2 Day

Overnight Shipping:
by 10:30AM
by 3PM

Items upgraded to Overnight Shipping will ship via UPS, FedExpress. Items will arrive within 1 business day from shipping.
(Overnight may not available for all items.)

1 Day

Products weighing 70 pounds or more, cannot be shipped via any air service. These are identified as Can’t Ship Air and are shipped via Standar Ground. Drop ship delivery times will vary by manufacturer.
Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday.
If you have multiple items on your order, each item will be calculated separately depending on the warehouse location for where your item ships.
Delivery times in your area may vary, as orders may ship from more than one location.
Delivery times quoted are to metropolitan areas, and shipments to remote locations may take longer.
Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

Do you accept international orders?
Above All Light - All Bulbs accepts international orders subject to the following terms:
IMPORTANT NOTE for all INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS!
All orders shipped outside USA and Canada , must be paid via BANK TRANSFER, WIRE TRANSFER or Western Union only. We cannot accept CREDIT CARDS at this time for international orders.

To complete your purchase, please call (516) 766-2266 or e-mail your order, include the BANK TRANSFER as your method of payment. At receipt of your phone order or e-mail order to Above All Light - All Bulbs, we will supply you with the bank wire instructions that will allow you to send the funds to us. There is a $35.00 service fee for international bank transfers.
Your number must be on the order to us with the wire transfer in order to ensure the proper application of funds to your transaction. International orders are shipped via US Priority Mail International for items under 70lbs. Orders over 70lbs are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express. Please contact us if your order is over 70lbs. We will provide you with an accurate quote for shipping and estimated time of arrival.

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in the destination country's language; the products and accompanying materials may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications and labeling requirements. The products may not conform to destination country voltage or other electrical standards. This may requiring the use of an adapter or converter.     Does Above All Light - All Bulbs ship to Canada?
    Above All Light - All Bulbs ships to your Canadian Customers on most items.
    Due to manufacturers restrictions, certain items are not eligible to be shipped outside United States.
    Canadian orders are shipped via UPS Fed Ex or United States Postal Service.

    Do I sign for my delivery?
    A signature is required for all deliveries. Thorough inspection must be made upon delivery and all damage noted on the delivery receipt. If an item is damaged, delivery should be refused and Above All Light - All Bulbs must be notified immediately.     Who do I call if my merchandise arrives damaged?
    Every shipment is insured in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit. While damages happen they are few.
    Inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If your item(s) shipped via common carrier i.e. FedEx or UPS are damaged, simply refuse delivery and  contact usor call 1-516-766-2266 immediately.For LTL deliveries i.e. Yellow Freight, Con-Way, Road-Runner, etc., print "Damaged Upon Arrival" where you sign for the items and refuse delivery. After delivery is refused, we will file a claim and send you a replacement product.                                                       Back to Top

    If product is accepted and damaged, you are responsible for filing a claim with the proper carrier. For damages unnoticed at the time of delivery, we ask that you send us photographs via email, so that we can address and correct the situation immediately.
